I didn't start my journey strong.
I grew up overweight, trapped in cycles of self-doubt. When I finally decided I wanted to change, I went too far, developing an eating disorder that almost broke me physically and mentally. It took losing myself, to realise that real growth isn't found in extremes, it's found in balance, faith and discipline.
​
Coming back to my faith as a catholic gave me the perspective I needed. It reminded me that the body is a gift and movement is a form of gratitude. From there, I found my true passion - FITNESS. ​
The gym became my therapy. Every rep, every run, every early morning was another step towards rebuilding not just my body, but my identity.
​
Now, I am in the best shape of my life, not because I chase perfection, but because I chase progress. From heavy lifts to calisthenics, from mobility work to marathon training, I've learned to master my body through self-study, discipline and years of refining my own unique training style. My mission is to help others do the same with years of experience guiding them, to prove no matter where you start, your limits can always be redefined.

Hey, I'm Nathan.
If you have made it this far down the page, it's probably because something inside you knows you're meant for more.
More strength. More confidence. More control.
I know the feeling, because I have lived it, and I have lived without it. I spent years of my life unhealthy and disconnected from who I wanted to be. I battled with my body and my mind, trying to find balance and control. Then one day it changed, not by magic or wishing for a different start, it was the day I invested in myself and forced the change.
That is what AllFit Coaching is about. It's not a quick fix, even though results come faster for the driven. AllFit coaching is the first step in becoming unrecognisable from the person you were, to make room for the person you're becoming. If you're here, you already have the fire and I'm assuming the more you read, saw, and learned the stronger it's grown; my job is to turn it into a blaze.
